We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available. Because our work is personalized and delivered digitally, eligibility depends on how much work has been completed.
Our satisfaction commitment
If you're not satisfied with the feedback you received, contact us within 7 daysof delivery and we'll work to make it right. This may include a revised review at no extra cost.
Before work has started
If you request a refund before an editor has begun working on your essay, you are eligible for a full refund.
After work has been delivered
Once an editor has completed and delivered feedback, the service has been rendered and payments are generally non-refundable. If you feel the work fell short of what was promised, reach out. See our satisfaction commitment above.
Rush orders
The rush surcharge for expedited turnaround is non-refundable once work has begun, since the resource commitment happens immediately.
How to request a refund
Email support@verseprep.com with your order email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
