Terms of Service

Verse Prep provides essay editing, feedback, and college application coaching services. We help students improve their own writing. We do not write essays for students, and we do not guarantee admission to any school. The work you submit must be your own.

Our role is to edit, give feedback, and coach, not to author your application on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your submitted work is your own and complies with the policies of the schools you apply to. Verse Prep is not responsible for any consequences arising from misrepresentation of authorship.

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. You choose a turnaround time at checkout, and we aim to deliver within that window. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and begin once payment is received and your essay has been submitted.

You retain full ownership of the essays and materials you submit. You grant Verse Prep permission to review, edit, and comment on them solely to provide the service. We keep your work confidential and do not publish, share, or reuse it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. Because our services are personalized and delivered digitally, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.

You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the website. We may decline or cancel service at our discretion, for example if a request conflicts with our academic-integrity policy.

Verse Prep provides its services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for admissions outcomes or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
